Flat Roofing
Modified bitumen is our go-to for residential flat roofs in New River. Two-ply torch-applied system with a granulated cap sheet. It handles foot traffic, thermal cycling, and Arizona UV better than single-ply at the residential scale.
Commercial Roofing
Modified bitumen (mod-bit) is still the best choice for high-traffic commercial roofs in New River. We torch-apply SBS-modified base and cap sheets over properly primed concrete or approved decking. Gutter Installation

We use Flir E8 cameras to map wet areas, then core sample only the suspect zones to confirm. Saves time, reduces disruption, and gives you a precise repair scope instead of a guess.

Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
